Are some children involved in the War on drugs, and war on poverty not being trained to be soldiers? I think in America, no one is overtly trapped and trained to be soldiers (cough ROTC cough) however, we do realize that our school systems and systems of oppression do set up many children to be soldiers or have to be soldiers and Kill or be killed?
